Our client is an international law firm with an outstanding reputation in Employment Law, they are now looking for a confident and positive Training & Development Coordinator to join their London offices on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities for the role will be to work closely with an Employment Law Lawyer and provide administrative support to the Knowledge Management and Training Director in the day to day running of the Training function for the new and developing consultancy arm of the firm’s London division.KEY DUTIES INCLUDE: Helping produce training related documents and keep them updated in line with the Firm’s branding.Liaising with clients and potential clients from initial client contact to training delivery.Keeping training resources updated on relevant systems.Providing support with delivering external L&D.Communicating with other stakeholders & lawyers.Carrying out internet-based research into potential clients in order to tailor proposals.Coordinating training for clients, liaising with various HR representativeThe Training & Development Coordinator will ideally have some experience within professional services environment. It is essential to have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines proactively. The right candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and video conferencing platforms. They will also have good research skills, good judgment and be able to take their own initiative.
