Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Transaction Manager to join the team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Account Management/Project Management, with knowledge of advising local authorities on EV charging infrastructure, with a passion for driving sustainable transportation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue opportunities to deploy EV charging infrastructure at real estate properties, focusing on winning projects with clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate clients, understanding their decarbonisation goals and offering tailored EV charging solutions.
Utilise your knowledge of local authority regulations to navigate permitting processes and obtain necessary approvals for EV charging projects.
Leverage your understanding of the LEVI fund (Local Authority Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) to access funding opportunities and incentives for EV charging installations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise during the transaction process.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates on transaction status, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in transaction management, business development, and project management, preferably in the real estate or renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations related to EV charging installations.
Familiarity with the LEVI fund and other funding mechanisms for EV charging infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
