Job DescriptionTravel Consultant: This well established Tour Operator are recruiting for experienced Travel Consultants. Successful candidates will earn £21674 + comm OTE £50k! Homebased or hybrid with offices in Swansea.Travel Consultant, Responsibilities:Handling and converting all travel enquires via phone, email and live chatUsing the inhouse system to quote for packages including cruise, flights and hotel staysAchieve personal sales targets and KPI’sTravel Consultant, Skills Required:Previous recent working experience within a travel agent or a tour operator within salesExcellent sales expertise and proven ability to achieve sales targetsExcellent telephone mannerFlexible working hoursAdditional Information:Paying £21,674 + comm OTE £50K!Homebased or Hybrid in SwanseaHours: 40 hrs per week, on a rota basis across either 4 or 5 days – full flexibility is required (which they give back in return for any special day off requests etc).Weekend work – 1 full weekend off per month, 2 if they can.Opening hours – Mon – Sat 09.00 – 20.00 and Sun 10.00 – 18.00Staff benefits:28 days holiday including bank holidaysAccess to all supplier incentivesCompany pension schemeAfter passing probation –Annual flexi-pay bonus of £#####, paid monthly based on the company achieving certain targetsPrivate medical health insuranceDiscounted staff travelPerkbox incentivesWellness programmeTo apply for this Travel Consultant please either apply online, email your c.v to ##### or call Amy on 02073971284 quoting Ref: AM57986Don’t keep a good thing to yourselfWe grow our business through referrals, so please don’t keep us to yourself.
