Applicants should be US qualified lawyers who have extensive experience in providing high-end advice to clients in major international equity and debt transactions. You'll therefore need to be familiar withadvising Foreign Private Issuers, handling listings on the NYSE and Nasdaq, and other US registered transactions; have experience in Rule 144A issuances, as well as high yield products; and be able to service anincreasing number of FPI clients, as well as handlingPIPEs and SEC registration processes inde-SPAC transactions.
