• OTE: £65,000 - £70,000 First Year.

Job Details:

- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences over the phone and face to face.

- Provide information on pricing, options, financing, and incentives.

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's driving experience.

- Utilise organisational skills to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Utilise sales software to track leads, update customer profiles, and manage sales process efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.

- Proven ability in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
