Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17.30 / Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with overtime availability

Job Role:
As a Vehicle Technician within our clients Warranty Team, you will be focusing on fast-tracking vehicles that may need minimal work or diagnosis.
Your duties will include road testing vehicles with customers to identify and verify problems, fitting minor parts and trims, and code readings vehicles. This is not a typical vehicle technician role as you will be customer facing and working directly with the Warranty Team to fast-track customers through the diagnosis process and undertake any minor repairs ensuring customer waiting times are kept to a minimum. As the role is customer-facing, effective communication skills are imperative.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough diagnostics on customer vehicles to identify issues promptly.
Perform road tests with customers to identify and verify vehicle problems.
Fit minor parts as necessary to complete repairs.
Utilising our suite of diagnosis equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis, repair processes, and any additional recommendations
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a warranty, mobile or customer service environment.
IMI level 2/3 qualified or equivalent.
Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues efficiently.
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Great attention to detail
Must be a team player
Full UK driving licence
