At Jobandtalent we are recruiting for Warehouse operatives to work with a leading supermarket in the Hams Hall area B46 1AL. Previous picking experience is desirable but training is provided. Last year, over 40 colleagues received a permanent contract with our client. If you are looking for a long term opportunity with clear paths to permanent contracts, this job is for you!

Pay rates as a Warehouse Operative

• £12.15 per hour 6am-6pm

• £14.07 per hour 6pm-6am

• Enhanced weekend rate of additional £1.65 per hour

• Overtime payable every 4 weeks

• Various Shifts Available: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 16:00-00:00, 18:00-02:00
• Rota pattern : Any 5 out of 7 must be willing to work weekends

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• Willing to work in a chill environment of 3-5 degrees
• Able to lift up to 20kg
• A good standard of verbal and written English
• Good accuracy and organisational skills

Role of a Warehouse Operative;

• Flexible and adaptable with multi skill training for long term workers
• Picking items into cages or a pallet in the chill environment, you will be picking items such as milk, yogurts and juices
• Full training is provided for you with the opportunity to be trained on a LLOP / PPT
