�40,000�- �44,000�(On target earnings of �60,000 + a vehicle)

Northampton based with occasional travel to customer sites.

My client are a UK subsidiary of European manufacturer who produce a comprehensive range of specialist piling rigs and construction equipment across the UK. They have�a substantial hire fleet of piling rigs, attachments, drilling rigs and piling hammers as well as

associated plant and equipment.�Due to planned expansion, my�client are looking for�qualified engineers who have experience within the plant industry or working on a similiar equipment, to join their engineering team.�

This is a Monday to Friday days role which will involve some minor amounts�of�travel- the ideal candidate will be looking for a hands on heavy engineering role where there is lots of overtime, a great team already in place and good training programmes.

Workshop Engineer Job Duties:

• Carry out preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, servicing and repairs on�manufactured machinery and equipment (yard based and site work).


• Where need be, visit customers job sites and their plant yards around the country to provide full-service


• Assist with the commissioning of new or hired machinery and equipment.


• Training customers machine operators and service personnel when/as required.


• Look after�after all aspects of machine function: engines; hydraulic
  
  systems; electrical systems, and control systems.


• Control of parts and spares in service vehicle.


• Fault finding and diagnostic skills.
