Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality 2nd line support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with remote access support for clients
• Log and track all customer support inquiries and documentation
• Conduct onsite visits when necessary
• Install and configure new systems and software for businesses
• Support other team members as required

Experience Required for This Role:

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a 1st line support role, with exposure to 2nd line support
• Strong understanding of Networking with SQL
• Solid customer service background with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
