Job Title: Office Administrator

We are currently looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have previous office experience and will play a vital role in ensuring efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Inputting and logging jobs onto the in-house system.

  • Updating customers and clients via email and online portals.

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with queries from residents and customers.

  • Collaborating with customers, admin staff, engineers, and managers/directors to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills and Experience:




  • Previous office experience is required.

  • High level of attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, staff, engineers, and managers.

  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

  • IT literate (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Calm, resilient, pragmatic, and flexible, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
