Agile PMO Analyst (VMO) - Financial Services - Outside IR35

Hybrid - Travel Required to Client Site for Key Meetings

SR2 are seeking a Value Management Office (VMO) Analyst with strong agile experience, particularly in portfolio efficiency, value management, and strategic alignment. The role will involve enabling agile ways of working, improving core VMO processes, and embedding best practices across governance, reporting, value metrics, risk and dependency management. The individual will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive agile transformation at the portfolio level.

This position is suited for someone with experience in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), PMO functions, and Agile transformation-helping senior stakeholders distill insights and inform prioritization decisions. The successful candidate will contribute to refining and embedding a change framework, ensuring alignment between funding approaches, value streams, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of a refreshed VMO approach and agile service offering.
\n
• Generate portfolio insights from value and financial metric data.
\n
• Work with the business to identify and mitigate risks, align dependencies, and enhance ways of working.
\n
• \nChallenge and engage with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers.
\n
• Help define and embed agile reporting, governance, and value-tracking mechanisms.
\n
• Coach and upskill the VMO team, ensuring they own and drive processes effectively.
\n
• Contribute to the refinement of an agile funding approach and strategic prioritization model.
\n
• Support capacity management efforts and articulate organizational impact based on data-driven insights.
