About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Art Teacher to inspire and engage students in this exciting and creative subject. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality art education, developing students' skills across various artistic techniques, and encouraging creativity within a positive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-planned Art lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Foster a love for the arts and help students develop both their technical and creative skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall arts curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Art in secondary education.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for art and creativity.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting the school's ethos.
