• They work on a variety of prestigious buildings and bespoke projects in UK, predominately commercial and residential.


• Project values ranging from 200k to �4M +

The Role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

The role will include x2 days on site (London) and x3 days from HQ.

Working with the surveying team, you will be responsible for:

• Cost reporting and regular reporting of accurate reconciliations and forecasting


• Keeping track of monthly application figures and ensuring relevant departments are aware of potential budgets, financial constraints etc


• Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site


• Pricing variations and changes in line with subcontract parameters


• Reviewing drawings and comparing construction drawings to tender drawings

*Previous experience in a similar role is essential*
