Description
- Develop winning 'quality' bid submissions.
- Manage the process of bidding for and securing tendered opportunities
- Maintain information to aid future bids
- Work with Regional Directors and their teams to support bids
- Liaison with the internal bid team including our Design Manager
- Managing internal and external relationships with third parties
- Reporting progress and issues to the HoB
- Production of bid programmes and action plans
- Increasing understanding of market and positions in the sector
- Offer assistance, support and mentoring to other team members
Profile
- Industry specific knowledge
- Proven track record in the housing sector
- Previous experience in a similar role of one or more of the following products planned and / or responsive maintenance and retrofit / sustainability
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Good at developing relationships
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Proven project management skills
