Their projects range across commercial, educational, and residential sectors, where they�implement cutting-edge solutions to optimize building performance and reduce environmental impact.
We are�currently seeking an experienced BMS Project Engineer to join the�team and oversee projects across East Anglia and surrounding Counties. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of BMS projects valued up to �200k. You will lead and oversee a team of up to 6 engineers and technicians, ensuring that all project phases, from installation and servicing to maintenance, meet�high standards and client expectations. Your role will require a deep technical understanding of Trend or Tridium BMS systems, as well as strong leadership abilities to manage project timelines, quality, and on-site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities of this role to include;
- Lead and oversee the installation, service, and maintenance of BMS systems, primarily Trend or Tridium, across various contracts across East Anglia and surrounding Counties.
- Coordinate and manage teams of up to 6 engineers and technicians, ensuring smooth, timely, and safe execution of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, and client specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Maintain close communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors as needed to ensure project success.
Skills & Experience required to carry out this role successfully include;
- Proven experience working with Trend or Tridium BMS systems in an installation, service, or maintenance capacity.
- Prior experience overseeing teams of up to 6 people, with a strong record of project management success.
- Ability to manage and execute project works valued up to approximately �200k.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams and liaise effectively with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the flexibility to adapt to project demands.
The successful applicant can expect to receive;
- Competitive salary between �50,000 - �65,000, based on experience.
