Building Surveyor

Our client needs to appoint a Building Surveyor to a minimum 6 month contract. The role reports to the Corporate Buildings Manager and will see you delivering a range of capital and planned maintenance projects.
You will fulfil the role of contract manager, helping develop project briefs, working with design teams and administering the contract.
On a regular basis you will carry out all forms of building surveys including condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidation surveys, and structural surveys. You will also undertake routine inspections under tenancy arrangements.
A key requirement of your role will be working to ensure value for money through efficient cost management procedures and ensuring key performance indicator targets are met whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
Our client is a Local Authority based in Wiltshire. They will offer £48.96/hr (inside IR35).
