Location: Kent & London

Salary: �70,000 - �90,000 (DOE) + commission

Industry: Construction - Commercial & Residential

Business Development Manager responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities
• Build a pipeline of prospects
• Provide advice to clients on company services
• Keeping up to date with market trends and potential key areas for growth
• Manage and maintain our CRM software

Skills/Experience required:

• Minimum 2 years previous sales experience, preferably within construction
• Able to manage other sales staff
• Hold a full UK driving licence
