Business Support Advisor - Towcester - £28,000-£32,000
We have recently joined with a property consultancy business that's a little different to all the rest, where they cover all property-related services under one roof. They are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager/Business Support Advisor.
They look after clients from the commercial, residential or rural sectors with offices across the UK and a strong reputation both locally and regionally.
Role Profile of the Business Support Advisor:

  • The role involves supporting our rural teams in the delivery of their work in rural agency, land development and farm business advice
  • \n
  • Assist in the smooth running of the office, offering an excellent level of service
  • \n
  • A high level of engagement and attention to detail is required for checking figures, proof reading documents and identifying improvements to work processes.
  • \n
  • The successful candidate must have experience in an office role in a professional services environment
  • \n
\n


Duties will include although not be confined to:

  • Monitoring of emails and managing, filtering and prioritising communications
  • \n
  • Drafting letters/emails to clients including terms of business and invoice covering notes
  • \n
  • Audio typing
  • \n
  • File administration including dead filing and archiving
  • \n
  • Production, collation and logging of invoices
  • \n
  • Answering of telephone
  • \n
  • Co-ordination of electronic diaries for meetings
  • \n
  • Processing Anti Money Laundering checks in accordance with relevant regulations
  • \n
  • Preparing marketing material and use of in-house agency software
  • \n
  • Support various team members within the office
  • \n

Role Specification for the Business Support Advisor (Team administrator)

  • Looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude and the capability to become an integral part of our team
  • \n
  • Previous experience in an administrative position in a professional environment
  • \n
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be able to demonstrate initiative
  • \n
  • The ability to liaise with clients and staff in a professional manner
  • \n

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly Monday-Friday.
