Do you want to support people during a crucial time and help them feel empowered?

We're looking for a compassionate, customer-focused individual to join our team at Cavendish House as a Claims Adviser for the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). You'll be the first point of contact for claimants, providing essential support and resolving enquiries with care and efficiency. After training, you'll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact: Assist claimants with their enquiries, offering clear and timely solutions with empathy.
  • Ensure accuracy: Manage data entry and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deliver exceptional service: Provide solution-focused support, ensuring claimants feel heard and supported throughout their experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Provide accurate advice, helping claimants understand their options and rights.
  • Log and maintain claimant information using our online systems with precision.

What you need:

  • Previous experience in customer service and call handling.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • IT proficiency, with a keen eye for detail in data entry.
  • Experience with CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
