Cleaner/Caretaker

Our client is seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Cleaner to join their team in Swindon on a Part-Time Basis. This part-time position offers 15 hours per week of work on Mondays and Fridays. You will be looking after one of our clients Estates. The starting salary will be �9,828 (�24,243 full time equivalent) depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal cleaning of communal areas
• Maintaining cleanliness of stairwells and bin areas
• Managing storage areas
• Responding to tenant and prospective tenant inquiries, referring to the relevant Housing Officer as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role with public interaction
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to undertake training as required
