The role: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager/Director to lead and manage the commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction or engineering sector, with a particular focus on MEP systems. The Commercial Manager/Director will be responsible for driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategic commercial initiatives, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of project financial performance. Key Responsibilities include: Financial Management of projects Contract Management Commercial Strategy and Compliance Team Leadership Client and Stakeholder Engagement Project Closeout and Reporting Business Development A full job description is available upon request Skills & Qualifications: Education: Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial leadership role within the MEP, construction, or engineering sectors, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes effectively.
