The Social Care Department is actively seeking Conflict Resolution Worker to work within an award-winning service located in and around Denbighshire.The service is a homeless charity which provides support services to homeless and vulnerably housed people.

The Service operates across Denbighshire to assist in the prevention of homelessness due to family breakdown, landlord and tenant disputes and neighbour disputes.

  • Shifts: 37.5 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £24,000 per year

The role:

What you'll be doing as a Conflict Resolution Worker

You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. You will be helping with their Progression through a care pathway to live as independently as possible. You will have the support of a team of multi-professionals.

  • To ensure that individuals are aware of the mission, aims and objectives, policies and procedures of the projects and the duties, responsibilities and obligations of staff.
  • To ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and afforded equality of opportunity.
  • To manage referrals according to the procedures and eligibility criteria of the project.
  • To ensure that individuals' needs are met through the consistent application of a model of support.
