Additional Qualifications That Add Value:
  • Health and Safety Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent knowledge.
  • Relevant Technical Qualifications, including:
    • Electrical apprenticeships, BTEC, HNC, or various City & Guilds or EAL certifications (full details provided).
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional Facilities Management services, ensuring compliance and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical and noncritical systems.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.
  • Refine and improve operational procedures to meet the highest quality standards.
