A Contracts Manager is required in an established Architectural Metalwork company based in Sheffield.

Our client is a leading architectural metalwork supplier in the UK, specializing in high-rise residential balcony packages. With over 70% of their projects located within the M25 area, project values range from �50,000 to over �8 million, encompassing materials such as glass, timber, and a full range of steelwork.
Job Description:
- As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of multiple contracts to ensure full completion within budget and timeframe requirements.
- This role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork within the construction industry.
- You will be required to work on various projects nationwide and will be based out of the Sheffield office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and cost-effectively manage multiple contracts to ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key customers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements, including holding valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
- Utilize your strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel, to manage project documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural metalwork and secondary steelwork.
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on various projects nationwide.
Package:
- Attractive salary of �60,000 - �65,000.
