The school and role:

The school we work with in Daventry work hard to keep a positive safe environment for children to feel happy whilst learning. The school is rated “good” by Ofsted and aim to continue any improvement.

Your role as a cover supervisor would be to deliver a pre-planned lesson to a class of secondary school students and then keep them engaged and manage their behaviour. You may teach several subjects throughout the day but are not required to specialise in any.

Requirements:

• Strong classroom management
• A good level of education
• Behaviour management skills
• Experience working with children
