Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you confident in managing a classroom? Do you have experience working with young people? If so, we want to hear from you! GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students stay on task.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments.
• Provide support where necessary and help students stay engaged in their learning.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree or experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A confident and adaptable personality.
• Interest in a future career in teaching (ideal for aspiring educators).
