Credit Control

Your new role
Hays are working with an organisation in Bristol who are recruiting into their small finance team. They are looking for a temporary Credit Controller. This role will last until the end of the year with a potential for extension in 2025. Pay for the role is dependent on experience. This role will allow an element of hybrid working. Duties of the role include:

• Chasing debt via post, email and over the phone
• Sending out monthly bills
• Resolving client queries
• Supporting the finance team with adhoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Proficiency with Excel
• Effective communication and people skills
• Happy to pivot within a small team
