GBR Recruitment Ltd are working exclusively with a leading National Charity organisation, recruiting for an experienced remote home based Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (full time role, working 35 hours per week).�



This remote role is working within a fantastic 3rd sector� "Employer of Choice" who are seeking someone with Charity / NFP / 3rd Sector exposure (ideally, not a must) but they will consider other Digital Specialists with strong experience in a similar or the same level of role (Digital Marketing bias, but 360 degree too, inc. traditional).�



Job Description:



Our Charity client is seeking an experienced��Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (35 hours working week - full time) to lead their Digital Campaigns across various channels, primarily focused on Digital Marketing & traditional marketing strategies, plus marketing planning, executing creative innovative campaigns,�optimising digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.�Plus playing�a pivotal senior role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement &�achieving marketing objectives / goals.�

  • The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, &�retention.

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders (SMT)�to develop / execute marketing campaigns that align with the Charities overall�goals.

  • Develop &�implement marketing automation strategies�

  • Research & evaluate marketing automation solutions to select the best fit for campaigns

  • Create & maintain marketing automation workflows /�asset templates

  • Develop &��execute lead nurturing programs to nurture leads through the sales funnel

  • Analyse marketing automation data in order to successful�track marketing campaign performance & to identify areas for marketing�improvement

  • Collaborate with service provision teams�to integrate marketing automation into the overall marketing, PR, events, lead generation�process, focused on growing the charities exposure�

  • Remaining�up-to-date on the latest marketing automation trends &�technologies, to ensure the charity is as successful as possible



Attributes Desired:�




  • �Current & previous�Digital Marketing Campaign Management experience, ideally in a charity, NFP, 3rd sector organisation

  • Possessing a solid�track record of designing, implementing &�managing marketing automation campaigns

  • Ideally you will be experienced in�email / e-shot�campaigns via an email platform like DotDigital (others are fine)

  • Expertise in lead nurturing & customer relationship management CRM�systems

  • Some HTML knowledge, would be beneficial

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & marketing analytical skills

  • Strong ability to work independently &�as part of a wider SMT team

  • Familiarity with other marketing automation software (useful)�

  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics &�Tableau or other data analysis tools that are similar to these ones

  • A strong 360 degree marketer with traditional marketing skills too

  • Working in line with the Charities values & ethos, plus EDI process�
