Job DescriptionDigital Technology Delivery Manager - ECMS and UK Shared ServicesRole:The DT Delivery Manager supporting the ECMS business and UK Shared Services is responsible for:Management of ECMS and UK Share Services DT systemsDT ComplianceDT Cost ManagementAlignment with sites and RTX/Collins DT strategic plansReports to:EMEA North DT Delivery ManagerAccountable / Responsible for:Delivery of DT service and site DT projectsDT ComplianceSuccessful alignment with Collins DT to ensure efficient / effective DT supportSpecification of Hardware / software to support business requirementsCost Management of DT services and hardware / softwareOwn and Manage DT solutions to completionEnsuring service levels required to manage a high performing business are in placeThe DT Delivery Manager role includes but is not limited to the following:Liaison with service providers to ensure strong communication and service provision links that work for the businessScoping DT solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectivenessEnsuring solutions are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins DT strategic road maps and not reliant on single point supportSupport the EMEA North DT Delivery Manager with management of regional DT services, projects and complianceLiaison with all sites Departments to ensure internal customer satisfaction MFA >6Supporting the EMEA North Process improvement using the CORE toolsApplying DT solutions to assist the site EH&S improvement activities Expected behaviours:Per the Collins Aerospace ‘Operating Principles’ outlined in the 4 gears (People, Ideas, Integrity, Performance).Competencies:Technical expertise (DT Management / DT Project Management experience)Customer focusedSystems thinkerIdeally degree qualified in suitable disciplineAttention to detailAerospace experience preferredUnderstanding of manufacturing business networks and software solutions
