Electrician

Job Title: Electrician.
Location: Liverpool and surrounding areas
Salary: �36,000-�38,000, van and fuel card.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a leading social housing subcontractor based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to assess the condition of electrical systems.
• Carrying out remedial work as needed to ensure installations meet safety standards and regulations.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the latest electrical regulations.
• Communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing clear explanations of required work.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs.

Requirements:

• NVQ L3 or equivalent
• 18th
• Proven experience in carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
• Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Full UK driving license.
