Future Build Recruitment are currently working with a specialist Passive Fire Protection & Fire Doors Contractors who are currently on the look out for a Business Development Manager to join the business on a fully remote basis.�
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for fire stopping and fire door solutions across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through effective lead generation, client engagement, and follow-up.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation to ensure the business stays competitive.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and industry professionals.
- Provide expert advice to clients on fire stopping systems and fire door compliance, installation, and maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping systems, fire door installation, surveys, inspections�and maintenance processes.
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads into successful contracts.
- Experience working with contractors, developers, facilities managers, and end-users.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Ability to build and nurture professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
