About the Role
As an FP&A Analyst, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drive strategic decisions. Collaborating across P&L divisions and central teams, you'll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering impactful insights. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, refine your skills, and lead meaningful projects in a dynamic and supportive environment
Key Responsibilities
Partner with finance teams across the Group to ensure alignment in financial planning and reporting.
Conduct variance analysis, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.
Person specification
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services or a professional environment.
Strong knowledge of MI, reporting, and financial analysis best practices.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
A curious and commercial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
