Freight Forwarder

Titan are currently working with a Freight Forwarder based in Aberdeen who are looking for a Freight Forwarder to join their team

Role responsibilities - Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
End to end freight forwarding
Liaising with shipping lines, hauliersand partners to arrange shipments
Confirming quotes, pricing and timelines with clients for shipments
Completion of all customs entries and all other associated documentation
Tracking all shipments and notifying clients of any changes to timings of cargo arriving
Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently
Provide professional handling of any customer complaints
Requirements - 1-2 Years Experience in the industry
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
Accustomed to working to fixed deadlines and under pressure
Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated
