Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic environment? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our team! This is your chance to shine as you guide a small team to ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment and inventory management. You'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes and ensuring our products are always available, all while supporting the company's growth!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive atmosphere.
• Oversee stock control from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and despatch operations.
• Ensure that all operations comply with company health and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment, maximising productivity and ease of access.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent both overstock and out-of-stock situations.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance inventory management.
• Review and refine policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
• Collaborate with senior managers to support the company's growth plans and enhance overall efficiencies.
• Work closely with other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations and product availability.
• Support operations during product launches, promotions, and peak times, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Proficient in stock control and inventory management.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and supply chain software.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
