We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Operative to join our team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new residents in their new homes across East Kent.
What you'll do:

• Respond to resident requests and address property issues promptly and efficiently.
• Utilize your broad range of multi-trader skills to handle a variety of repairs, including:

* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Minor building works

• Demonstrate your expertise in painting and decorating to refresh properties.

* Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents.
What you'll need:

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled trades role.
• Excellent painting and decorating skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences.

* A valid driving license.
