Are you a Health & Safety professional from a manufacturing background seeking a key role in a high-growth SME which has doubled in size in the last 18 months?
On offer is an opportunity to play a crucial role in the businesses ongoing success and growth, where they are seeking Health & Safety professional ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and ensure continuous improve across the business.
The company is a leading provider of fully integrated power, monitoring, and control systems in the marine, vehicle, and off-grid markets, which combine renewable energy sources with traditional power sources, enabling reduced emissions and improved energy efficiency.
As an experienced HSE professional you will be NEBOSH qualified and a member of IOSH and develop, implement and oversee the company's health, safety and environmental management system.
The role:

• Manage and monitor the health and safety management system and the continual improvement of health and safety across the company
• Develop, implement and oversee the company's environmental management system ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards
• Carrying out periodic health and safety audits/inspections to ensure suitable and adequate safety systems are in place across the company
• Supporting the management teams with the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and tasks

The person:

• NEBOSH Diploma or NEBOSH Certificate
• Proven experience working in a in Health and Safety in a lead role and experience in environmental management
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
