Are you an HR Advisor, looking to join a supportive and cohesive team, in a part time role which will offer you work life balance, a flexible working approach and a great working environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a highly specialist team, with a wealth of experience. They started as an Insurance business in 2017. In 2023 they started offering HR support to their clients, and due to expansion are looking to grow their team. They have a great local reputation for their exceptional client service, and are expanding rapidly due to continued demand, providing tailor made, sector specific support to a variety of clients within Yorkshire.
Your role will involve offering HR support for the companies diverse range of clients. This will involve creating and developing employee handbooks, ensuring policies are legally compliant, advising clients on application of HR policies, assisting with onboarding, and occasionally attending formal meetings and taking minutes.
This role would suit an HR Advisor looking for a role where they can work 21 hours a week, have flexibility and work in afriendly team.
The Role:
* Offering external HR support to a range of clients
* Occasional site visits.
* Advising based on HR policies and employment law
* 21 hours a week
