Hr Business Partner

**HR BUSINESS PARTNER**6 MONTH CONTRACT**HYBRID WITH 2-3 DAYS ONSITE IN RUGBY**
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join HR Team, operating within a complex matrix organisation
The HR professional will need to bring a depth of expertise in organisational design, strategic HR management, and employee relations
Technical skills and experience:

• A proven track record of providing HR support at all levels.


• Experience of operating in a unionised environment and/or with staff councils / employee forums.


• A proven track record of managing complex employee relation issues.


• A sound knowledge of current employment law.


• Experience with Google mail, sheets, slides etc preferred


• Experience with excel required - pivot tables, budget experience for forecasting, metrics and data


• Organisation Change experience


• Used to grievances, redundancies, disciplinaries.

Qualifications:

• CIPD qualified.


• Educated to degree level (preferred).
