The role of a HR Systems implementation assistant

This is a unique opportunity to lead the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), playing a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting within the Trust. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, ensuring smooth rollouts and stakeholder engagement.
  • Overseeing data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all HR system-related tasks.
  • Developing a suite of HR metrics, enabling insightful reporting and decision-making.
  • Creating user guides and delivering training to team members on the new HR system.
  • Supporting employee relations cases, expanding your HR expertise.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of HR systems, metrics, and analytics.
  • Have experience in successful HRIS implementations, ideally in education or similar sectors.
  • Be detail-oriented, with exceptional data management and organisational skills.
  • Show the ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions.
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
