The HRM Business Partner will proactively contribute toward the successful realisation of strategic HRM objectives, ensuring the provision of a professional Human Resource Management service within a business partnership framework. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of employment legislation and has a strong background in employee relations. What we are looking for 1. Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, employment in the UK 2. Candidates must demonstrate how they meet the qualifications / experience criteria in either Point A OR Point B: A. Bachelors degree (or equivalent) AND Proven experience within an HR role, in a high-volume HR department, to include: Employee Relations Absence Management Employee Welfare Family Friendly Initiatives Design and implementation of Policy and Procedures Performance Management Employee Engagement Reward and Recognition OR B. 3 A levels qualification (or equivalent). AND Significant experience working in an HR department gained within a complex organisation, including employee relations issues as detailed in A. above 3.
