Job Summary:
A loyal client of ours, based in North Wales is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities (CWD) team. This role provides an opportunity to support children with disabilities and their families, ensuring they receive high-quality services and the necessary interventions to thrive in a nurturing environment.
Weekly Office Day with Supervision and Peer Support
Every Tuesday, you'll spend the day in the office, engaging in team supervision, peer review sessions, and collaborative activities with other services.
You'll feel supported and connected while benefiting from professional development opportunities and valuable team insights to enhance your practice, and you will also be allowed to work from home 4 days per week (around visits).
Collaborative and Supportive Team Environment
Work within a close-knit team where you will have regular interaction and case discussions with just two other social workers.
