Duration: 2-4 months

Salary: £12.82 - 15.00 per hour

About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working CSCS Labourer to join a reputable national house builder for one of their major residential schemes. The project involves the construction of new build houses for both private sale and social housing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the site by carrying out various general labouring duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale development and work alongside skilled tradespeople and site management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in moving materials around the site

Clear site waste and debris, ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Sweep up and maintain a tidy work area

Load and unload skips

Support the trades and management teams with daily site tasks

Comply with all site health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card is essential

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Must adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
