Job Overview
As a Senior Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Responsibilities
In your role, you will:

• Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and other team members.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Conduct audio typing for various correspondence and documentation.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings by coordinating logistics and taking minutes when necessary.
• Utilise your IT skills to manage databases and assist with data entry tasks.
• Support the team with various organisational tasks to enhance productivity.

Experience
