Design and develop mechanical and electrical systems for building projects (commercial, residential, or industrial), including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and security systems.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Ensure designs meet relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice (e.g., Building Regulations, IET Wiring Regulations, ASHRAE, etc.).
Provide expert advice and solutions on M&E systems, contributing to technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and implement energy-efficient and sustainable solutions within the design, in line with environmental and cost-saving goals.
Evaluate new technologies, trends, and methodologies in M&E design and propose innovative solutions to improve design quality and project performance.
