As an M&E Project Manager, You Will Have:

1. Proven experience in managing Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
\n
2. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams, ensuring the effective execution of M&E installations.
\n
3. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
\n
4. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS or an industry card, with a clean driving license (essential for travel to various project sites).

Your Role as M&E Project Manager Will Include:

1. Leading the delivery of M&E projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
\n
2. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing all communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
\n
3. Managing project resources, timelines, and procurement, ensuring materials and subcontractors are effectively coordinated.
\n
4. Overseeing project administration, including progress reporting, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
