Clear progression path Competitive salary Generous holiday allowance Hybrid working arrangement Friendly and supportive Director About You: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with experience in either practice or industry Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, coach colleagues, and report to clients or senior stakeholders Strong knowledge of operational finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and financial management, including budgeting, analysis, and reporting Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, Sage) and financial process documentation/testing Excellent analytical skills and commercial insight, with the ability to identify issues and solve complex problems About Your New Role: Always: Lead and manage the operational finance team, overseeing processes such as O2C, P2P, R2R, and general ledger accounting Provide management accounting services, including actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts Ensure financial control oversight for accuracy and compliance Oversee period-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Coach and support your team to deliver high-quality results and foster their development Often: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, collaborating to meet their financial needs and expectations Manage key commercial activities for a portfolio of clients, including resourcing, budgeting, fees, and billing Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring our solutions meet their evolving business needs Occasionally: Take on high-profile, challenging projects with diverse client needs Participate in reviewing and improving financial processes to support continuous development Never: Work in a monotonous environment every day brings fresh challenges and opportunities for growth Face unreasonable demands without support or guidance Interested?
