The Location - Mid Argyll:

Nestled in Scotland's rugged west coast, Mid Argyll is a stunning mix of rolling hills, peaceful lochs, and unspoiled countryside. What We Offer:

The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team helping individuals with disabilities live their best lives. You'll provide:

  • Personal care and assistance with everyday tasks
  • Support in social activities and community involvement
  • Guidance in health and well-being goals
  • Collaboration with families and health care professionals

Requirements:

  • Must be UK-based with full rights to work without sponsorship
  • Willingness to relocate permanently to Mid Argyll
  • Previous experience in care or support work is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
  • A caring, compassionate, and patient attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Start Date: Early November 2024
