Job Description
As a Mortgage Processing Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating inputs and enquires into the Corporate Lending team.

As a Mortgage Processing Administrator, we are looking for someone to: Review and process corporate loan applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate
Deal directly with customers to verify information, and process application details on the required systems, to ensure compliance with internal requirements
Work closely with Corporate Sales Managers to gather any additional documentation or clarify details needed for loan processing and approval
Deliver best-in-class service to our corporate clients, prioritising their needs and satisfaction
Handle all data entry for new cases before submission to ensure that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy
Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions

Qualifications
Essential
Experience in data processing role where you have been responsible to support a process through to completion
Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills
