Job Description

As an NQT Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience for students. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of educational settings, develop your skills, and build your professional network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
• Supervising students during classroom activities and breaks.
• Supporting the management of classroom behaviour.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting student development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school environments.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
