ProGroup Recruitment is working with one of the UK's leading property maintenance and refurbishment groups who are seeking a Passive Fire Surveyor to join their team in the North West of England.�



Overview of the role:




  • Conducting�fire door and fire stopping surveys across a range of property types including student accommodation, social housing, and healthcare.�

  • Fire stopping surveys will be focused on wall penetrations in the compartmentation lines of the building

  • Fire door surveys will include non-intrusive surveys for maintainence and remedials, plus intrusive surveys and measuring for new doorsets

  • Surveys recorded on Bolster app + final reports

  • �38,000 to �42,000/year depending on experience

The ideal candidate:




  • Trade background in either fire door installs/remedials and/or fire stopping works

  • Experience conducting passive fire surveys

  • Experience collecting survey data on Bolster, or similar compliance recording software

  • Experience working in occupied and void residential, commercial, and healthcare properties
